The Grand Union

Important Information & Participant Agreement

Before submitting your application, please carefully review the following:

1. Overview of The Grand Union

The Grand Union is a collaborative luxury wedding experience valued at up to £20,000, provided collectively by:

• House of Maharaja (Wedding Planning)

• BANYANI (Luxury Décor & Florals)

• Jay Samuel Studios (Photography & Film)

• NINI (Bridal Makeup)

One couple will be selected via random digital draw.

Additionally, ten participants will receive 20% off services from each participating brand (subject to conditions below).

2. Eligibility

By submitting this application, you confirm:

• You are aged 18 or over

• You are a UK resident

• Your wedding will take place in the UK

• Your wedding will take place within 12 months of winner confirmation

3. What the Selected Couple Will Receive

The selected couple will receive wedding services collectively valued at up to £20,000.

The allocation framework is as follows:

• House of Maharaja – up to £5,000

• BANYANI – up to £8,000

• Jay Samuel Studios – up to £5,000

• NINI – up to £2,000

The total value shall not exceed £20,000.

The experience includes services only and does NOT include:

• Venue hire

• Catering

• Entertainment

• Wedding attire

• Additional suppliers

• Multi-day events unless agreed

• Travel outside agreed radius

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

4. Scope & Upgrades

The £20,000 allocation covers standard services within the agreed value framework.

If your wedding requires additional services, enhancements, extended hours, larger-scale production, or additional events, these will be:

• Quoted separately

• Subject to separate contracts

• Charged at standard vendor rates

Any upgrade services must be paid in accordance with the relevant vendor’s standard payment terms.

5. Wedding Scale & Production Alignment

The selected wedding must reasonably align with the production capacity of the £20,000 value framework.

If the scale, guest count, or production requirements significantly exceed this framework, additional investment may be required.

The participating vendors reserve the right to decline or withdraw the award if:

• The wedding is logistically unworkable

• Safety standards cannot be met

• The event was materially misrepresented

• Professional standards cannot be maintained

Final confirmation of the award is subject to an initial consultation and mutual agreement.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random after the closing date.

• The winner will be contacted directly.

• If no response is received within 7 days, an alternative winner may be selected.

Ten additional participants will receive 20% off each participating service.

The 20% discount:

• Is valid for 6 months

• Must be confirmed within 30 days

• Applies to base packages only

• Is non-transferable

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

7. Promotional Usage

If selected, you agree to:

• Full photography and videography

• Social media sharing

• Website and portfolio usage

• Editorial submissions

• Press and promotional features

There is no time limitation on promotional usage.

8. Conduct & Professional Standards

The participating vendors reserve the right to withdraw services without compensation in cases of:

• Abusive behaviour

• Discriminatory conduct

• Threatening actions

• Unsafe environments

All communication and event conditions must remain professional and respectful.

9. Force Majeure

In circumstances beyond reasonable control (including illness, venue closure, government restrictions, or other force majeure events), services may be rescheduled or reasonably substituted.

10. Limitation of Liability

Each participating brand is independently responsible for their own services.

This collaboration does not create joint liability between vendors.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

By submitting this application, you consent to:

• Your data being used to administer this campaign

• Being contacted regarding wedding services

• Receiving marketing communications from the participating brands

Your data will:

• Not be sold to third parties

• Be handled in accordance with UK data protection law

• Be retained for marketing purposes for up to 24 months unless you opt out

You may request access or deletion of your data at any time.

12. Instagram Disclaimer

This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

“The wedding must align with the production scale agreed by participating vendors. Extremely large-scale weddings may require additional investment from the couple.”

“The total value of services included is capped at £20,000 collectively. Any additional enhancements or customisations beyond agreed scope will be quoted separately.”

“The participating vendors reserve the right to decline or withdraw the award if the selected wedding does not align with the production scale, safety requirements, or professional standards of the participating brands.”

“The participating vendors reserve the right to withdraw services without compensation in cases of abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or unsafe conduct.”

“In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to illness, government restrictions, venue closure, or force majeure), vendors reserve the right to reschedule services or provide reasonable alternatives.”

“Each vendor is independently responsible for their services. The collective collaboration does not create joint liability.”

“Wedding day refers to one calendar day of up to 12 hours of service unless otherwise agreed.”

“The selected couple agrees not to publicly misrepresent the scope of services or create negative public commentary without first raising concerns privately.”

“If the selected couple fails to confirm wedding details within 30 days of award notification, the award may be withdrawn and reallocated.”

“This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.”

“Final confirmation of the award is subject to initial consultation and mutual agreement.”

“This experience is designed to complement an already planned wedding budget.”

Only applications confirming acceptance of these terms will be considered valid.
