THE JOURNAL

A collection of celebrations we have had the privilege to create — each shaped by story, place, and the families at their heart.

Through these moments, we share not only how they looked, but how they felt.

THE GROVE, WATFORD, LONDON

NEERALI & KETAN

Neerali and Ketan’s wedding unfolded as a celebration defined by elegance, emotion, and quiet grandeur.

Set within the sweeping grounds of one of England’s most iconic country estates, their wedding felt both intimate and expansive — a reflection of a couple whose presence is marked by warmth, grace, and effortless style.

From the very beginning, their vision was rooted in creating an experience that felt deeply personal. Every decision was guided not by spectacle, but by feeling — how each moment would unfold, and how it would be remembered by those closest to them.

The ceremony took place surrounded by the natural beauty of The Grove, where soft light and carefully considered details created an atmosphere of calm anticipation. As Neerali made her entrance, there was a stillness in the air — a moment that felt both profound and beautifully simple.

Throughout the day, the celebration revealed itself in layers. Guests moved through spaces that felt thoughtfully composed, each transition seamless, each setting carrying its own distinct mood. The reception brought a sense of quiet drama, where candlelight, refined florals, and elegant design came together to create an environment that felt both luxurious and deeply inviting.

What defined Neerali and Ketan’s wedding was not only how it looked, but how it felt.

There was a natural ease to the entire day. Nothing felt forced. Nothing felt hurried. It unfolded with a rhythm entirely its own.

Surrounded by their families and closest friends, their celebration became a reflection of everything that matters most — connection, tradition, and the beginning of a new chapter together.

It was, in every sense, a wedding that will be remembered not only for its beauty, but for its soul.

PENHA LONGA, PORTUGAL

ANIKA & JEVAN

There are some places in the world where celebration feels instinctive — where the landscape itself seems to understand the significance of the moment. Penha Longa was one of those places.

Set amongst rolling green hills and centuries-old architecture, Anika and Jeevan’s wedding unfolded with a quiet sense of grandeur, shaped as much by its surroundings as by the couple themselves. From the very beginning, it was clear that this would be a celebration guided by meaning — one that honoured heritage, while feeling entirely their own.

Portugal offered a softness that allowed everything to breathe. The golden light moved slowly across the estate, illuminating each moment with warmth and calm. There was no need for excess. The beauty of the setting, combined with the couple’s refined sensibility, created something far more powerful — an atmosphere that felt effortless, yet deeply considered.

Their ceremony was intimate and emotional. As Anika and Jeevan stood together, surrounded by their families and the stillness of the hills beyond, there was a quiet clarity to the moment. Nothing felt performative. It was simply honest.

As the day unfolded into evening, the celebration transformed. Guests gathered within spaces that felt both historic and alive, where candlelight and carefully composed details created a sense of depth and intimacy. The reception carried its own rhythm — joyful, elegant, and entirely unforced.

What stayed with me most was the feeling.

There was a calm confidence throughout the entire celebration. Every element belonged. Every moment felt natural. Nothing competed for attention, yet everything was meaningful.

Anika and Jeevan brought with them a rare sense of presence — a deep appreciation not only for beauty, but for experience. Their wedding became a reflection of that. Not defined by scale, but by atmosphere. Not by spectacle, but by emotion.

Penha Longa provided the setting.

They provided the soul.
